उपदृश् [upadṛś]   1 [P.]
   To see, behold, look at, perceive. -pass.
   To be or become visible. -Caus.
   To cause to see, show or exhibit.
   To place before, show up, communicate, make (one) acquainted (with); राज्ञः पुरो मामुपदर्श्य [H.3;] नयविद्भिर्नवे राज्ञि सदसच्चोपदर्शितम् [R.4.1.]
   To present a false appearance, deceive a person by a false appearance, illude.
   To explain, illustrate; चतुष्पाद्व्यवहारोऽयं विवादेषूपदर्शितः [Y.2.8.]
उपदृश् [upadṛś] a.  a. Seeing, witnessing (as the sun and moon). f. Aspect, view (Ved.).
