   To move, go; प्रतिवातं न हि घनः कदाचिदुप- सर्पति [Pt.3.23;] so प्रलयम्, दुःखम् &c.
   To begin (with inf.); to become ready; अजीगर्तः सुतं हन्तुमुपासर्पद् बुभुक्षितः [Ms.1.15.]
