भविष्यत् [bhaviṣyat] a.  a. (-ती or
-न्ती  f. f.) About to be, become or come to pass, future. -n. The future time.
Comp. आक्षेपः denying the occurrence of a possible future event.
a kind of Alaṅkāra or figure of speech; सोऽयं भविष्यदाक्षेपः प्रागेवातिमनस्विनी । कदाचिदपराधोऽस्य भावीत्येवमरुन्द्ध यत् [Kāv.2.126.]
-कालः   futurity.
-वक्तृ, -वादिन् a.  a. predicting future events, prophesying.
