भणभणां

bhaṇabhaṇa or ṇāṃ ad Imit. of the sound of buzzing or humming; also of the whistling noise made by the wind in passing through an empty house &c. Ex. वारा भ0 वाहतो. भणभण or णां करणें To sing or sound from very emptiness; to sound vacant and hollow, and thus convey an impression of nakedness, dreariness, desolateness--an empty house, uninhabited wilderness, deserted village. 2 also with फिरणें To run about wildly, to roam or rove.
