रन्ध्र  m. n. rarely m. (prob.fr.रद्) a slit, split, opening, aperture, hole, chasm, fissure, cavity, [RV.] &c. &c. (nine openings are reckoned in the human body cf. under ; and sometimes a tenth in the skull, as in the fontanel of an infant)
