गन्धि

गन्धि  mfn. mfn. only ifc. ([Pāṇ. 5-4, 135-137] ) having the smell of, smelling of, perfumed with, [MBh. xiii] ; [R.] ; [Ragh. ii, vii, &c.]
([Pāṇ. 5-4, 136] ) having only the smell of, containing only a very small quantity, bearing only the name of [R. vii, 24, 29.]

गन्धि [gandhi] a.  a. (At the end of comp.)
Having the smell of, smelling of; see गन्ध.
Having only the smell of; containing only a small quantity, bearing only name of; सोऽपि त्वया हतस्तात रिपुणा भ्रातृगन्धिना [Rām.7.24.29.] -न्धि n. A kind of perfume.
