   1. Order, series, succession.
   2. (In law) Direct order of the castes.
   3. (In logic) A conclusion, regularly or syllogis- tically deduced.
    E. अनु subsequent, पूर्व्व first, अण् affix; also आनुपूर्व and आनुपूर्व्वक.
