आवीतिन्

आवीतिन्  m. . m. (a Brāhman) who has the sacred thread on (in the usual manner over the left shoulder and under the right arm, cf.प्राचीना-वीतिन्), [ŚBr.] ; KātyŚr.; [ĀśvGṛ.] ; [ŚāṅkhGṛ. &c.]

आवीतिन्     

आवीतिन् [āvītin]  m. m. [आवीत-इनि] A Brāhmaṇa who makes the sacrificial cord hang over the right shoulder.

आवीतिन्
