द्रष्टृ

   one who sees well, [R. ii, 80, 3]
   one who examines or decides in a court of law, a judge, [Yājñ.] ; [Mṛcch.]

   A judge; संक्षेपादपवाद एव सुलभो द्रष्टुर्गुणो दूरतः [Mk.9.3.]
