अर्हत् n.  एक राजा । ऋषभ नामक विरक्त पुरुष दक्षिण कर्नाटक के कोकवेंट कुटक देशके कुटकाचल समीप, अरण्य के दावानल में जल कर मृत हुआ । तब यह वहॉं का राजा था । इसने ऋषभदेव से जैनधर्म का स्वीकार किया [भा.५.६.८] ।
