phākaṇē or mphāṅkaṇēṃ v i To open out wildly; to strike or stretch off; to part asunder--horns, legs, branches, roads. 2 To disperse; to dissipate; to spread abroad, or to separate in many directions. 3 To wander wildly, to rove--eyes, sight, understanding: also to rove ambitiously or aspiringly--the desires or mind. 4 To be discussed or broken--viscid phlegm: to be resolved--a congestion of blood.
