युगंधर II. n.  ( सो. वृष्णि, ) एक यादव राजा, जो सात्यकि राजा का पुत्र था । भारतीय युद्ध में यह कौरवों के पक्ष में शामिल था । द्रोण से युद्ध करते समय, द्रोण के द्वारा इसका वध हुआ [म. द्रो. १५.३१] साल्व देखिये ।
