इदानीम् [idānīm]   ind. [इदं-दानीं इश् च]
   Now, at this moment, in this case, just now, even now; वत्से प्रतिष्ठस्वेदानीम् [Ś.4;] आर्यपुत्र इदानीमसि [U.3;] इदानीमौदास्यं भजसि यदि भागीरथि तदा G. L. इदानीमह्नः now-a-days; इदानीमेव just now; इदानीमपि now also, in this case also; तत इदानीम् thereupon, then, from that time.
   As a measure of time, it is equal to one fifteenth part of an एतर्हि; cf. यावन्त्येतर्हिणि तावन्ति पंचदशकृत्व इदानीनि Ś. [Br.]
