बुध्न n.  एक राक्षस, जो कश्यप एवं खशा के पुत्रों में एक था ।

बुध्नः [budhnḥ]   1 The bottom of a vessel; अर्वाग् बिलश्चमस ऊर्ध्व- बुध्नस्तस्मिन् यशो निहितं बिश्वरूपम् [Bṛi. Up.2.2.3.]
The foot of a tree; बुध्नानधुरवाग्भावभिया शुण्डाग्रमण्डलैः Śiva.B.

An epithet of Śiva. (Also बुध्न्य in the last sense).
