Of this verb, as of many others marked as c or i, the use will, in certain variations of the signification given, be preferably active, and in certain others preferably neuter; but the evil, as it is an evil more in appearance than in reality, and as the remedy, viz. increase of voluminousness, is clearly inadvisable, is suffered to remain.
